Nike Fever

If you read my last post you'll know all about my recent trainer dilemma.

After much deliberation and as a firm believer of 'less is more',  I found that the Nike Roshe Run fit the bill perfectly.

The inspiration behind the trainers comes from the title given to a zen Master, Roshi, who is apparently the ultimate symbol of simplicity.

As simple as these trainers may be, they function exceptionally well. They've already made their debut at the gym and I couldn't be happier with my choice.

If you fancy something a bit more jazzy the Roshe Run come in a variety of colour ways. Alternatively Nike's website offers Nike Roshe Run iD where you can design yourself a pair from scratch.

I picked mine up from Schuh for £70.

Nike Roshe run, Schuch | Coat, Forever 21| bag, Prada | leggins, H&M | Scarf, H&M| hat, Primark
